Filling the Wardrobe

A fashion doll is nothing without her fashion. Finding clothes to fit Pullip is usually the next problem after the torture of deciding which doll to buy (or dolls for the weaker willed).
Here are some notes on how well various brands of doll clothing will fit Pullip and her companions. Most of these are based on what I've seen and others have said; Myself I've got some fashion fever and my scene Barbie stuff, a few bits of bratz and a lot of stuff I've made myself!

Most lines of clothing labelled as being for 27cm, 12inch or 1/6th dolls will fit to some degree. With the varying types of bodies used for Pullip each line has a different fit.

Barbie (and all the spin offs and friends)

Barbie clothes are pretty variable. Most will fit Pullip fairly well.
The newest Fashion Fever dolls are shorter and have a different build to the "bellybutton" Barbie bodies, and the clothes fit the type 3 bodied Pullips rather well in all areas.

Most Barbie shoes will not fit type 1 or 2 dolls. Some of the flat footed shoes will fit, but there are very few of those around. Boots and My Scene shoes (ones with a high ankle) can be worn by Type 2's if you remove the feet and insert the leg straight into the shoe. Type 3's can fit most Barbie shoes very well.

Bratz

Bratz clothes are generally an excellent fit for Dal, though some of the trousers may not do up all the way. Some items will fit type 3 dolls, but will be much shorter on Pullip than on Bratz. Tops fit better than bottoms, which mostly gape a lot at the back. Tops mostly become cropped on Pullip.
Some Boyz items will fit type 1 and 2, but most of the girls clothes will not. Boyz clothes will not fit Namu or Taeyang unless they are really stretchy tops. These will fit skin tight. Trousers are no-go.

Bratz shoes will not fit any Pullip, as Bratz dolls do not actually have feet, but have pegs which are inserted into their shoes.

Volks

Let's get this out of the way first: Dollfie, Super Dollfie and Mini Super Dollfie are different dolls. Dollfie (also known as Dollfie Plus) is about 27cm tall, on the same scale as Pullip. Super Dollfie is around about 2 feet tall, and Mini Super Dollfie is about 43cm tall. Hats and wigs are the only things that will fit both SD and Pullip. Forget about the rest. Any clothing labelled as fitting SD or MSD will not fit any of your Pullips.

"Who's that Girl?" is another of Volks's doll line and their clothing is very nice, pretty good quality with some really cool designs available. The bodies used for the WTG dolls are Volks's EB Beauty Slim and the Neo Go Guy. The female body is slimmer than the type 1 and 2, but taller than the type 3 so the clothes are probably an in-betweeny fit.  The male body is also slightly slimmer than the Namu/Taeyang body, and a little taller. trousers will be long and maybe a litte tight about the waist. Most of the tops are fairly loose fitting or stretchy, so should not be a problem.

Anything else labelled as fitting Dollfie Plus or as 27cm size, should fit fairly well.

Jenny & Licca

Jenny's clothes are a good fit for Pullip, while Licca's are great for Dal. Licca has a very similar body to Blythe (may be the same one? I don't know, I'm not well versed in Blythe stuff). Much of Licca's fashion will also fit Pullip, but will be much shorter on her.

Momoko

Momoko is a slightly more slender doll than Pullip has generally been, so the tighter fitting pieces may not fit properly. Most items, however, will fit ok.

Blythe

Blythe and Dal are almost the same size, so their clothes are quite nicely interchangeable. Blythe does have a thicker body however, so some items will hang off Dall a little more than they do on their original owner. Hats for Blythe will be a bit big and fit better on Pullip. Blythe can share shoes with Dal and type 3 Pullips.
A lot of people are interested in the several glasses sets released for Blythe- these will not fit very well. They can look cute if worn more like a hair decoration, puched up on top of the head, but worn the usual way they are MUCH too big. They look even larger Taeyang due to his simmer face.

Azone

Azone makes clothes for 27cm dolls, and their own dolls are mostly released on Obitsu 27cm bodies. If your doll has an Obitsu body these will fit fantastically. Normal Pullips bodies will fit as well, with the same variable fit as most other lines.

Lollipop Girls

Lollipop Girls boots are a great fit for type 1 and 2 feet. The dolls themselves are quite skinny, so the clothes are a bit on the tight side, but I have seen them used on Pullips. I do not know how well they do up at the back.
